When you need it
Typical clearing jobs for us:
- House blocks before the slab goes down
- Shed, pool and granny flat sites
- Fence lines and driveways on acreage
- Overgrown blocks full of weed trees like leucaena and umbrella trees
How we do it
We walk the block with you, mark what's staying and what's going, then fell or dismantle the trees, grind the stumps and chip everything on site. You can keep the mulch for landscaping later or we take it away.

We do a lot of acreage clearing around Kelso, Alice River, Black River, Bluewater, Hervey Range and Rangewood, as well as house blocks right across Townsville and the Thuringowa side.
Townsville-specific considerations
Native vegetation and mangroves can be protected, and some clearing needs approval from council or the state. We'll tell you what to check before we start, and council has the final say.
What it costs
Clearing is quoted on site, as it depends on the number and size of trees, stumps and access. Grouping everything into one job is cheaper than piecemeal visits.
