Privacy Policy

We follow the spirit of the Australian Privacy Principles. In plain English:

What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, email (if you give it), suburb, details about the job and any photos you send. We use these to quote the job and contact you about it.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is passed to What Trees Stump Grinding, who carry out the work. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else for marketing.

Keeping it safe

We store enquiries securely and only keep them as long as we need them for quoting, the job and our records.

Questions or changes

If you'd like to see, correct or remove your details, get in touch through the contact form.
